WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Hank Johnson (D-GA), Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), Congressman Doug Collins (R-GA) and Congresswoman Martha Roby (R-AL), and Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Senator Chris Coons (D-DE) introduced today the Trademark Modernization (TM) Act of 2020 (H.R. 6196/S.3449), bipartisan, bicameral legislation to give the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office tools to address recent significant increases in fraudulent trademark filings.

CLARKSTON — On Thursday, February 20, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) hosted his Restoration Resources Fair at Georgia Piedmont Technical College to help ex-offenders and the previously incarcerated find a job, receive healthcare, food assistance and get a review of their criminal record.

More than 400 participants attended the Congressman's event.

STONE MOUNTAIN— On Feb. 18, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) announced his office nominated 20 students to attend a U.S. Service Academy: Military Academy (West Point), Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, the Merchant Marine Academy and the ROTC Congressional Scholarship Initiative.

The Congressman also honored two Fourth District veterans who served their country and home and abroad. The reception was held at Stone Mountain's Art Station.

The Congressman's office will announce official service academy appointments between May and June.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) reintroduced a spate of criminal justice reform bills on Thursday aimed at increasing law enforcement accountability to the public and restoring trust in the justice system.
