WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Rep. Hank Johnson (GA-04) applauded passage of historic Families and Workers-First legislation, which will now go to the President's desk for his signature.
The Congressman was in the Chamber and voted in support of the bill, the Coronavirus Aid, Relief & Economic Security (CARES) Act.

DECATUR, GA — On the 10th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act [ACA], Rep. Hank Johnson (GA-04) called on the Trump Administration to end its Texas v. U.S. lawsuit, which would strike down the entirety of the ACA including pre-existing condition protections for 130 million Americans and at least 1.8 million Georgians, amid the coronavirus pandemic.

WASHINGTON – Democratic Policy and Communications Committee (DPCC) Chair David N. Cicilline (RI-01) led 45 members of Congress, including Rep. Hank Johnson (GA-04), today calling on the nation's largest credit card companies to stop collecting interest and waive all late fees until the COVID-19 pandemic has ended.
DECATUR, GA — On Monday, March 16, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) is hosting a telephone town hall on COVID-19. He's calling more than 75,000 people in Georgia Fourth District to answer their questions and listen to their concerns about the coronavirus.
Experts from Emory University, the DeKalb County Board of Health and Oakhurst Medical Center will be on the call with the Congressman to address participants questions and discuss the best way for callers to protect themselves and their families and help prevent the spread of the disease.
DECATUR, GA — Today, March 12, 2020, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) announced changes to office operations in both his Washington, D.C. and Georgia offices. The changes include:
1. The physical location of the Washington, DC office will be closed the week of March 16, and staff will begin teleworking. All meetings will be held virtually.
2. The Georgia office in Decatur will remain open for staff only. All meetings will be held virtually.
