118th Congress in Review

Despite the Republican-controlled 118th Congress going down as one of the least productive in modern history, it will be remembered for House Democrats putting people over politics with a laser focus on lowering costs, creating better paying jobs, and fighting for safer communities. For Congressman Johnson, the 118th started with helping secure $20 million EPA grant for electric school buses in DeKalb County and ended helping constituents overcome the BioLab fire in Conyers.
Throughout the highs and lows, the Congressman never took his eyes off the prize – doing the difficult work of legislating and fighting for the people of Georgia’s Fourth District. This report details Congressman Johnson’s legislative accomplishments in Washington and his tireless work in Georgia’s Fourth District during the 118th Congress 2023-2024.
