Making the Best During a Difficult Time: Mental Health in the Age of COVID-19

April 22, 2020

Dear Friends,

Thank you to everyone who participated in my telephone town hall on Thursday, April 16 on best mental health practices in the age of COVID-19. I had a diverse group of experts join me to address participants questions and discuss the best way for callers to maintain positive mental health during the pandemic.

If you were on the call but didn’t get a chance to ask your question, my guest experts and their resources are just a click away HERE.  If you missed the call but would like to listen, you can find it HERE. The event was also live-streamed on my Facebook page:

I’m in Washington, D.C. this week passing another round of emergency funding to help workers, families and small businesses weather the storm. I’ll be holding another live event to help our families and small businesses navigate what resources are available to them soon, and we’ll let you know when we have more details.

As always, I appreciate your time and feedback. Please remember you can reach me on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well as e-mails, phone calls and letters. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to represent you in Congress. Please continue following CDC guidelines during this difficult time.
