Restoring Artistic Protection Act introduced in Congress. A bill proposed by Reps. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) and Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), the so-called RAP Act would restrict when federal prosecutors can cite lyrics as evidence during a criminal case. The United States Senate passed a bill Wednesday that would provide funding to support cybersecurity job training at historically black colleges and universities, tribal institutions, minority-serving institutions and other colleges and universities that serve a high proportion of Pell Grant recipients.
