Congressman Reports more than $400,000 from DOJ for Conyers' Police Department to Hire 4 More Officers

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Rep. Hank Johnson (GA-04), a senior member of the House Judiciary Committee, announced that the Conyers Police Department is receiving more than $440,000 from the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Community Oriented Policing Services or COPS.

The grants will be used to fund four additional officers in Conyers.
