Markey (D-Mass.) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (NY-10), Chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet Hank Johnson (GA-04), and Representative Mondaire Jones (NY-17) today introduced the Judiciary Act of 2021 to expand the United States Supreme Court by adding four seats, creating a 13-justice Supreme Court.

DECATUR, GA — Congressman Henry "Hank" Johnson announced today that FEMA is accepting applications for funeral assistance for Georgians who have lost loved ones to COVID-19. Rep. Johnson helped pass the funeral assistance program as part of the American Rescue Plan and recently held a virtual teach in on April 7 to educate constituents on this and other relief provided in the law.
