CONYERS— U.S. Rep. Hank Johnson will host a roundtable discussion in Conyers on Wednesday, July 19, as part of his recently launched initiative to provide small businesses access to critical information and essential resources.
CONYERS — Rep. Hank Johnson (GA-04) today announced that Rockdale County is receiving a more than $200,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to help tackle drug abuse in the community.
"President Trump continues to directly benefit from the Trump International Hotel, in violation of the lease agreement," said the report initiated by Ranking Member Rep. Peter Defazio, D-Ore., and Hank Johnson, D-Ga., both on the panel's Economic Development, Public Buildings and Emergency Management Subcommittee.

In addition, Congressman Hank Johnson, Ranking Member of the Transportation and Infrastructure, drafted a resolution to force the General Service Administration to produce documents related to a 60-year lease agreement for the Trump Organization to develop the iconic Old Post Office building in Washington.
"We need to ensure that President Trump is not enriching himself while serving in the ultimate position of public trust," Johnson said.
Johnson raises questions about Trump hotel lease
U.S. Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., challenged the Trump International Hotel's lease of space at the Old Post Office building in Washington, D.C., this week, raising questions about whether it could lead to a violation of the Constitution's Foreign Emoluments clause.
"Although GSA and the Trump Old Post Office LLC have claimed the president is not benefiting from the lease, he's clearly benefitting from the lease," said Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.). "The president has listed the loan he took from Deutsche Bank to renovate the Old Post Office Building as a personal liability."
