Restoring Artistic Protection Act introduced in Congress. A bill proposed by Reps. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) and Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), the so-called RAP Act would restrict when federal prosecutors can cite lyrics as evidence during a criminal case.
