CONYERS, GA – Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) is uplifting a constituent from Rockdale County and a constituent from Newton County as his virtual guests to President Biden's Joint Address to Congress on Wednesday night.
DECATUR, GA—Congressman Henry "Hank" Johnson announced today that many Georgians who receive Veterans' benefits could expect Economic Impact Payments of up to $1,400 hit their bank accounts beginning this week.
Many Georgians have already received Economic Impact Payments as part of the American Rescue Plan that Rep. Johnson helped pass into law.

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) sent a letter to Barrett on April 16 calling for her to voluntarily recuse herself from the case, saying that "statute, constitutional case law, and common sense all would seem to require" it.
