DECATUR, GA – On April 19, Congressman Hank Johnson hosted his 2022 Congressional Art Competition in a virtual award's ceremony.

The competition recognized student artists from around the district and awarded four college scholarships totaling $35,000.
Chairwoman Rosa DeLauro announced that the House Committee on Appropriations will be accepting Community Project Funding (CPF) requests from Members. This is in addition to the standard programmatic and language-based requests. Each Member is limited to no more than 15 Community Project Funding requests across all subcommittees for Fiscal Year 2023 and there is no guarantee that all requested projects will be funded.

DECATUR—On April 13th Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04), hosted a four-stop tour to highlight his successful effort to secure nearly $5 million in funding for Community Projects throughout Georgia's Fourth Congressional District.
This funding, included in federal fiscal year (FY) 2022 appropriations, responds directly to several pressing needs in the district.
