Congressman Hank Johnson's July Fourth E-Newsletter
I want to wish everyone a safe and Happy Fourth of July!
As a member of Congress, it gives me great pride to serve citizens of the Fourth District, Georgia and our nation. Every day I go to work, whether in Washington or in Georgia, and work on behalf of the men and women who so honorably and bravely serve in the U.S. Armed Forces.
On this Fourth of July as we celebrate our independence, I especially want to salute the men and women and their families who serve in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard. Thank you for all that you do! I also want everyone to know that I will continue to fight in Washington and in Georgia for our core values that unite us and not drive us apart, including freedom, equality, tolerance, opportunity and America as a beacon of hope around the globe.
LIVE TELEPHONE TOWN HALL: I am conducting a live, telephone town hall from my Washington, D.C., office on Tuesday, July 10 from 5:35 to 6:30 p.m. Constituents can sign up for the live event via my website by clicking HERE. I’m calling to listen to you and hear what you think are the most important issues of the day. Again, you can sign up for the event on my website HERE, and you’ll also be able to listen to it streaming live from the website as well.
FOR YOUR/MORE INFORMATION:
