Congressman Hank Johnson's E-Newsletter for Sept. 7, 2017
I’m holding an important event this month connecting local small businesses with federal resources. This will help our small businesses grow and create good jobs right here in the Fourth District.
On Monday Sept. 18, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., I’m hosting a “Think Tank” at Georgia Piedmont Technical College in Clarkston for small businesses that are looking for access to capital and innovative ways to do business with federal, state and local governments. This is the fourth in a series of events I’ve held this summer to assist constituents looking to start or grow their small business. Read my full statement HERE. For my DACA constituents, please ensure USCIS receives your renewal by Oct. 5 if your EAD expires between Sept. 5, 2017—March 5, 2018. For more details, click HERE.
