 I'm sending one last reminder to Fourth District veterans to attend my 2011 Veterans Expo on Friday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at DeKalb Technical College's Conference Center in Clarkston.
We owe our service members, veterans and their families an immeasurable debt. They have served our country and protected our liberties. They take care of us and protect our freedom. We must do all we can to ensure veterans and their families are taken care of, too.
Veterans, military personnel and their families will receive free information about available services and on-site assistance with benefits, including employment opportunities, housing, health care, education and filing VA claims. Participating veterans can register and receive more information at my Veterans Home page: /veteran-index.shtml. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
