PARTNERSHIP ALLIANCE LEARNING SERIES (PALS) – Today (Friday, Feb 19), Congressman Johnson's small business initiative will help local small businesses navigate Small Business Administration resources, learn how to partner with financial institutions, and procure government contracts.

The event is being held at DeKalb Technical College's Clarkston, GA, campus, in the Conference Center at the back of campus, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
