The FY26 programmatic/language and Community Project Funding (CPF) request portal is now open. The deadline to complete your applications is Wednesday, April 23rd at 11:59 PM. Programmatic and Language Request Guidance can be found HERE. Community Project Funding (CPF) guidance can be found HERE. We encourage your requests to be as flexible as possible. Transportation and Housing and Urban Development

Please Note:

  • Congressman Johnson will NOT accept CPF requests for projects outside of GA-04.
  • All projects must meet the relevant statutory and administrative criteria for funding through the grant program under which it is submitted.
  • A request submitted to Congressman Johnson does NOT guarantee the project will be selected.
  • The selection of a project does NOT guarantee the Appropriations Committee will fund it.
  • The Committee will NOT provide cost-share waivers; grantees are legally responsible for meeting the non-federal cost-share requirements and all other applicable grant criteria.
